Video & Multimedia

GT Events, Inc. provides digital production services with award-winning creative capabilities.  We provide end-to-end film and video solutions for branding, TV commercials, original content and corporation communications.  Whatever you need, we do it well: from scripting, casting and shooting to editing and motion graphics.  We create innovative video programs for web commercials, tradeshows, training, viral and event documentation.

This stage of production is complimentary.  No production costs are initiated until the client signs off on the concept and scope of work.

Pre-Production – At this phase, we set into motion the plan agreed by the client.  This includes: scripting, storyboards, casting, hiring crews, renting equipment, securing rights and permits as necessary, etc.  Progress checks will be updated between the client and GT Events, Inc. as well as coordination with any advertising representative deemed necessary by the client.

Production / Shooting – Execution of the plan agreed by the client.  This includes: filming, travel (if necessary), location, digitizing, etc.   Whether you need a small camera crew to capture your event or a full-blown production with a lighting truck, stylist, DP and director, GTE can handle it.

Post Production / Editing – Editing and composting of the footage captured during production.  Per the agreement made with the client, this may include: multiple revisions, sign-offs, inclusion of official branding or current marketing campaign, logos, graphics, etc.

Delivery – Final delivery to the client, in a format agreed to by the client.
