GTE was tasked with an 11 week ongoing program in 3 major markets; the role was to provide execution support logistics and staffing, the goal aligning consumer demographics with opportunities for greater grand presence. GTE managed 3-5 teams per market, activations occurring 3-7 days a week.
GTE identified very specific talent needs (dancers, mimes, ambassadors and field managers) for street teams, creating directives to traffic into the AT&T stores. GTE formed teams of leaders that could adapt to changes, manage multiple directives and provide proof of performance, despite needing to turn around staffing requests in less than 1 week, and responding to often same-day land real-time location and schedule changes/requests. GTE managed communication and training with all staff and built successful reporting models.
Even without being provided concrete schedules, and adapting to frequent and consistent change, GTE succeeded with all of it’s teams, including “Spin to win” initiatives at food trucks in heavily populated areas, with giveaway tickets to customers favorite baseball team. GTE teams were so successful, the agency client offered further opportunities to the talent hired by GTE.
